The Ziggo Dome (Amsterdam) and the MartiniPlaza (Groningen) are two fantastic locations to organize the largest and most spectacular edition of UEFA Futsal EURO 2022. For the first time in the history of the Futsal Euro tournament sixteen countries participate. The Ziggo Dome will host a total of 20 matches, the Martiniplaza will host 12 matches.
The international appeal of Amsterdam is beyond dispute and therefore fits perfectly with an international event like UEFA Futsal EURO 2022. In recent years, the city has also invested in alternative sports (including the Urban Sports Week). Street football and Futsal fit perfectly within these developments. The Ziggo Dome, with a capacity for more than 10,000 visitors, also offers a top decor for the biggest European Championship futsal ever.

Martinistad, also known as the metropolis of the North, is one of the futsal hotspots in the Netherlands. Drs. Vijfjes, a student sports association in Groningen, is the largest futsal club in our country. MartiniPlaza, with a capacity for almost 4,000 visitors, is also the indoor top sports location in the Northern Netherlands.
